Next Steps

We are requesting the City of Glendale authorize a feasibility study of the Verdugo Wash. The study should examine opportunities to provide nature-based and watershed management in alignment with community needs and feedback such as:

Safe public access

Open space, naturalization and habitat connectivity

Educational, cultural and arts opportunities

Recreation

Transportation

all consistent with the reduction and management of flood risks to communities.
