Notice of Public Hearing
The Regional Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Multifamily Residential Parking Ordinance and associated Negative Declaration on Wednesday March 1, 2023. Please check the RPC Meeting Portal two weeks before the hearing to find a link how to participate in the public hearing and find the associated project documentation.
At the public hearing, a presentation and overview of the project will be given, and any interested person or authorized agent may appear and comment on the project at the hearing. Should you attend, you will have an opportunity to testify, or you can submit written comments to the address or e-mail address below or at the public hearing. The RPC will then consider a vote to recommend approval to the Board, deny the project, or continue the hearing if it deems necessary. If the final decision on this project is challenged in court, testimony may be limited to issues raised before or at the public hearing.
The Regonal Planning Commission will start meeting in-person on March 1, 2023. The Public Hearing will be held in the Hearing Room in Room 150 at 320 West Temple Street at the Los Angeles Civic Center. The hearing will be recorded via Zoom. Anyone interested in participating may attend the Hearing Room or on Zoom.
